Do Apachie Scooters come pre-assembled?
Most of our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten the bolts using the complimentary tool kit included in the box.
What is the weight limit for your pro-level scooters?
Our high-performance pro scooters are engineered to support riders up to 220lbs (100kg), utilizing aircraft-grade aluminum to ensure durability during stunts and jumps.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unused condition with the packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are replacement parts available for purchase?
Yes, we stock a full range of replacement parts including wheels, bearings, grip tape, and brake kits to ensure your Apachie scooter stays in peak performing condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Apachie scooter comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
