At Apachie Scooters, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the scooter in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
